Project Overview:

This bathroom renovation transformed a dated layout into a fresh, modern space that blends timeless finishes with functional upgrades. The existing tub and vanity were replaced to make way for a sleek, deep-soaking tub with clean lines and a brand-new double sink vanity. White textured subway tile was installed around the tub area to elevate the design, along with a mosaic-tiled niche for added convenience and visual interest. Hexagon porcelain floor tiles now anchor the space with bold contrast, while minimalist lighting and plumbing fixtures in polished chrome complete the modern aesthetic.

• Vanity: 60-inch navy blue shaker-style double sink vanity with white quartz countertop
• Faucets: Polished chrome single-handle faucets
• Mirrors: Frameless round vanity mirrors, approx. 28-inch diameter
• Light Fixtures: 2-light polished chrome vanity lights with tubular LED shades (mounted horizontally above mirrors)
• Tub: Rectangular modern alcove soaking tub with clean front apron, approx. 60-inch
